Shipping policy

At BaaLuxe™, we aim to ensure every order arrives beautifully packaged and on time.
Please read our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods, promotions, or holidays — but we’ll always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

UK Delivery

We currently ship to all UK mainland and Northern Ireland addresses.

Standard Delivery (2–4 working days)£3.95
Free UK delivery on orders over £30.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail or another trusted courier.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location.

International Shipping

At this time, BaaLuxe™ ships within the UK only.
We are working on expanding our delivery options - please sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media for updates.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number (if applicable).
You can use this number to follow your parcel’s progress directly via the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check:

  • Your tracking information (found in your shipping confirmation email)
  • With your local delivery office in case of attempted delivery or held parcels

If you still need assistance, please contact hello@baaluxe.co.uk and include your order number.
We’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
BaaLuxe™ cannot be held responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.

Pre-Orders & Delays

If an item is marked as a pre-order, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page.
In the rare event of a delay, we’ll notify you by email.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

In the unlikely event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@baaluxe.co.uk, including photos of the packaging and item(s).
We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns Policy.
